Vivel Qatar W.L.L. is registered in the State of Qatar under Commercial Registration No. 226073, with its registered address at Al Khail Street, Msheireb, Doha, Qatar.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian, and capable of forming a binding contract under Qatari law to use this Site.
3. Account & Order Information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where information provided appears incorrect, fraudulent, or where stock is unavailable. If payment was already taken, a full refund will be issued.
Order confirmations are generated automatically once payment is verified through our WooCommerce store.
4. Products & Pricing
All prices on the Site are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing or listing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you before processing, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed; items may sell out between browsing and checkout.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or update product details at any time without prior notice.
5. Payment

Card payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full to the NBOX delivery agent at the time of handover.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered within Qatar via our logistics partner, NBOX, integrated directly with our WooCommerce store.
Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation; these are estimates, not guarantees.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable, as NBOX will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you once NBOX confirms successful delivery to the address or recipient provided.
We are not liable for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery caused by inaccurate address/contact details provided by the customer, or by circumstances outside NBOX’s or our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, force majeure).
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate [Return & Exchange Policy], which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, product photography, text, graphics, and layout — is owned by or licensed to Vivelqatar and is protected under Qatari and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, WooCommerce backend, or any connected services

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of Qatar, Vivelqatar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or delays caused by our third-party delivery partner (NBOX) or payment processors. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Qatari consumer protection law.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data (name, contact details, delivery address, order history) to fulfil orders and improve our services, in line with Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016). 12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network/system outages, or disruptions affecting our delivery or payment partners.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Qatar, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.
14. Changes to These Terms
