What is the inspiration behind Vivel?
The story of VIVEL begins with our founder, Shahnaz Bagherzadeh, who spent her early years on her grandmother’s farm in Northwestern Iran, where her passion for sweets and pastries first took root. After relocating to Dubai in 1987, she taught baking from her own home while supplying the city’s leading hotels and restaurants, travelling the region to learn from its most distinguished bakers and chefs. That same craftsmanship shapes every box we make in Doha today.
